NOT postpone any session unless really, really sick.
Be coachable. Come with an open mind and be a sponge. Prepare to follow my guidance even if you get triggered. Consider getting triggered a success because it means change is on the way.
Be flexible time-wise. You would block your work calendar to go to the doctor’s or physiotherapist. Our sessions are equally valuable (if not more). Treat them as such.
Do your homework. I will guide you to uncover the root of your challenges, but you get to participate in your own healing. To achieve lasting transformation, we will agree on introducing new life habits that are easy and realistic to follow to ensure the sustainability of your progress.
